Nose Irresistible hop aroma with high summer floral notes.
Palate Initial fruitiness with a crisp dry finish.
CommentsA straw coloured beer brewed at 4.0% flavoured with just 2 aroma hops, the highly prized Fuggles and the new dwarf variety, First Gold.
History Boondoggle takes its name from a Scots/American word meaning 'work of little value' and by extension has come to mean 'Jolly' as in going on a jolly or if you're American going on a Boondoggle!

The beer was first brewed as a summer special for the Hogshead Chain of pubs but in 1996 was re-launched to the whole market and is available each year from May - September.
