‘The Pilgrim Bandits’ have trekked across the Sahara to raise money for the well deserving ‘Help for Heroes’ charity.
The challenge was to complete a 100 mile trek across part of the Atlas mountain range into the Sahara Desert in five days. Twenty two people managed to complete the trek despite blisters and dehydration. The Bandits have so far managed to raise £43000 – a total to be proud of.
