Ringwood Brewery has signed a deal to sponsor the Dorset Golf Union for the next two years.
The partnership will see the union, comprised of 32 member clubs across the county, use the company branding on fixture cards as well as appearing on the shirts of the county golf team at major tournaments.
The union is committed to golf coaching which is central to developing, sustaining and increasi
ng participation in the sport, coaching also drives better performances and increased success as well as supporting key social and economic objectives throughout the county.
Chris Keating, brand manager at Ringwood Brewery, said: "There's nothing quite like a refreshing pint after a round of golf. That's why we thought it makes real sense for us to team up with the golf union to see the two traditional British pastimes of golfing and beer drinking continue to co-exist."
